Monday, July 09, 2018 Caring Elders Technology upgraded it existing version and launched the all new Real-time analytical dashboard for Home Healthcare agency. The mission has always been on providing the best possible solution to optimize the Home Health Care operations and to improve the quality of service that is being provided. While thinking on those lines, we understood that existing statistics played a major role in decision making and there had to be a system in place to capture even the smallest of detail to get the accurate results.
Also, all these information should be available and easily accessible from anywhere around the world. Hence, the “Analytical Dashboard” featuring real-time analytical data.
The Dashboard is sectioned into four – Lead Management, Patient Management, Revenue Management and Schedule Management which corresponds to each working module of the CET SaaS solution. The Lead Management for example provides the exact number of new leads that has come in over the 24 hours, the number of follow-ups to be made and also a classification of leads that has come in through different medium (phone calls, website, referral, other media sources etc) – this particular data for example would give an idea on where the Home Health Care organization should invest on to increase the number of leads. Similarly each section provides its own analytical data.
These numbers indicate the trends in which the organization has performed and lets the organization to take decisions to further improve productivity.
